WIN-CIS ~ Corrosion Control System

Manage your corrosion control data, surveys and maintenance activities with WIN-CIS, a powerful system that is customized for your company’s specific operational and IT requirements!  WIN-CIS was designed to perform with the functionality and reliability most corrosion departments require.  This software also provides functionality needed to produce monitoring reports typically requested by governmental agencies.

The functionality of the Corrosion Control System includes the following features:

WIN-OPP ~ Over Pressure Protection System

Manage your gas distribution component inspections and over-pressure protection calculations with WIN-OPP. The system accurately tracks information on the securities, regulators and reliefs associated with a pit, station or site. Following an inspection, the results are recorded and upcoming inspections can be reviewed.

WIN-FI ~ Flame Ionization

WIN-FI provides you with an easy to use system to record and track the results of your surveys. Clerks using WIN-FI can sort and view survey information in a user-friendly environment. The frequency can be set for each individual survey area and compliance reporting couldn’t be easier. In addition, various reports allow you to forecast upcoming survey requirements and document leak survey results in numerous different formats.

Gas Leak Survey System

Typically, Gas Utilities are required to perform a variety of gas leak surveys that are required by federal, state and company regulations.  Our Gas Leak Survey System categorizes leaks depending on their severity, location, etc.  This software can be easily customized to fit your company or utility’s requirements. 

This system currently incorporates numerous functions including:

ü       Generation of a Batch Report for manual surveys
ü       "Batch" survey sequencing and export to the handheld computer
