Support

PTS will provide 60-day telephone and email technical support at no additional cost.  Periodically, PTS may issue a new update of WINmeter with new features and functions for a reasonable cost.  A support plan is available.

WINmeter maintains an accurate utility meter reading history for multiple tenants, groups or sites. WINmeter also allows you to collect readings for everything from gas and electric, to trash bins and air conditioning use.  To simplify data collection, WINmeter can:

ü     Set up separate account groups for your tenants (i.e. retail, specialty, management, etc.)
ü     Maintain and report a history of readings by tenant or location
ü     Supports automatic meter rollover calculation
ü     Provides an alert to the user when reading results are outside of normal standards

To organize and streamline your records, WINmeter uses a personal computer along with the Videx Omniwand Handheld Computer.  The PC acts as the central database where all tenant information is stored.  Field readings are entered and then downloaded onto the PC using the Omniwand.  While taking readings, key information regarding the tenant, including previous readings, is displayed.  After the data is transferred to WINmeter on the PC, the system is updated and reports are generated.
