Use it across the entire company; WINventory can be used across a Wide Area Network (WAN) multiple locations and tool cribs. One of the most advanced features of WINventory is an integrated scheduling system that allows expensive equipment, like cranes, trucks, or scaffolding, to be shared between different locations. Drag-and-drop a reservation onto your calendar for any shared item within the system. You can immediately tell which other locations have reserved the same item. A contact name and phone number accompanies each reservation making scheduling conflicts no problem. Reserve the equipment you need and avoid costly delays. |

The
easy to use Windows environment provides a common user interface and makes
it easy for new personnel to understand the system. The use of bar codes
makes tool check-out/in a breeze. Just select the employee and scan the
individual tools being requested. Several items can be checked out at any
one time. Once completed, a receipt can be printed for the employee and
reports can let your supervisors know of inventory status. |
Support Options PTS will provide 90-day telephone/email technical support at no additional cost. Periodically PTS may issue a new update of WINventory with new features and functions for a reasonable cost. A yearly contract for ongoing support is available. |
